  This seller is very professional! I received a message shortly after placing my order confirming it and thanking me for placing the order also letting me know when it would be shipping and to let me know if I had questions to contact them. I received my order VERY QUICKLY! The items were in excellent , new condition in original unopened packaging. I was so happy with the Christmas ornaments that I ordered another set.

  Item never received, seller refused to investigate. Seller refused to give me the tracking # , and won’t reveal which carrier was used, so I can’t investigate, 1st tracking # was not valid, and seller even said it wasn’t valid, but now says item was delivered, it was not, that is confirmed by the Post Office. Really bad and expensive experience
