    It was a mistake on our end where we sent the wrong item by mistake. I offered multiple solutions to the buyer, including additional discount on the item received or the original item they had ordered. Refund was offered even before we received the item back, as it was our mistake. So, it's a bit unfair to say we delayed by not accepting, it absolutely didn't impact the refund. We offer a 30 day hassle free refund policy. Customer service is our priority as you cans ee from our other feedback.
