Item arrived on date specified. Laptop was very well packaged, nothing that a strong Swiss army knife could not handle. Loads of free bubble wrap for us to keep and store. The Mac is in very good condition considering its age, and was pretty much ready to go. I did however, do a complete reinstallation just for my own peace of mind. High Sierra operating system preinstalled. Item came with a brand new charger as evident by the plastic film still attached and serial number. Mac has ltd warranty.- Item arrived on date specified.
