  Item did not arrive within specified dates, when it did arrive it is defective and seller is now ignoring my return request. It was the same item as pictured, solar frame is supposed to me metal mine was plastic, it already had the filter media placed in the box, when tje instructions yell you step by step whst to do, i think this was a returned item. Not happy!

  This was ordered on the 2nd April with an estimated delivery of the 4th. On the 8th I raised a case for non-arrival. On the 9th I received a message "Arriving Friday Dispatched". That was it, no apologies this was delayed, no explanation, nothing. I can only assume this seller waits for you to raise a case before dispatching anything ! Had I not raised a case would I EVER of got it ? Arrived on Thursday in as described condition. If you had problems all you had to do was communicate.
