  The colour of the bed runner scarf was described as being dark purple. I have several items in my bedroom coloured purple so I thought this would match perfectly. However when it arrived it was lilac, not dark purple. The appearance was good but it was not as described. I therefore asked for a refund but the seller has offered me only 50% of the total price and I keep the item so I would be left with an item which is of no use to me and 50% out of pocket. I declined the offer.

  Disappointed, extremely. It was posted, unboxed, screwed up in bubble wrap, then further, more rightly wrapped in a black phatic bag. It was unusable. Although, the seller was great, hence the positive feed back. After several refusals of %off, getting larger and larger each time. They just have me my money back.
