  I bought name brand pants with store tags and interior labels attached and pictured in the listing. However they arrived 4+ inches shorter than the sizing tags shown. Unwearable. Contacted the seller for a refund and included photos showing that the pants had been cut and rehemmed. Seller refused to do anything for me, stating that one photo included a ruler against the inseam. Listing should have said which image was inaccurate- the tags or the ruler. Don’t show both. Avoid this seller.

  Hello! The pants had multiple measurements, including the inseam, which would correlate to the actual measured length of the pants. I take photos of both the tag and the actual measurements, as they don’t always match. Including both makes me a respectable seller, since I make sure to have the true measurements. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns, which is in all of my listings. I apologize for your poor experience, but I did everything correct, as a seller.
