receipt of the goods was on the due date. However there was an unexpected issue. After a very unsatisfactory previous experience with Amazon I resolved never to be involved with them ever again. I was therefore surprised to be told by you that they would be the delivery agent. They did not have my order details so I was unable to contact them with a query. In the event the delivery was made by DFD so no issues actually arose.
