  When I purchased these lamps, I inquired about the shipping costs to area code 96756 The seller told me that it would be calculated upon purchase. When the lamps arrived one of them was broken, there were no harps for the shades and no finials. I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund, I received $104.72. I paid $323. For the lamps. As one of them needs to be repaired I expected to receive half. The response was to complain that the shipping cost was a mistake. Disappointed
