    I have just received my item which the packaging was lovely, lovely padded envelope with stickers and even a little packet of sweets which was cute. But to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. From the photos I thought I was recieving a few straws and a cleaner brush. I would have been happy with even 3 straws but to charge £4.50 for ONE STRAW and for it to take 8days to be delivered I find very disappointing and a rip off to be honest.
