    the seller is very responsive, understanding of my issue, and honest. The USPS stole my item, then refused to deliver it. This seller immediately sent me a replacement at no charge, so I could complete my repair. At no additional cost. I am very happy, the transformer was nicely labeled and is a great value. I'd recommend this seller, and am very thankful that they were so helpful, although the post office sucks donkey nuts.
