    Initially there was a mix up as I ordered 144 pouches but only 96 were delivered. However I contacted customer services and they apologised for their mistake, and sent the remaining 48 packs by express delivery. Can't fault the service really as they immediately stepped up. Excellent value for money. The boxes were only wrapped in thin plastic which meant some of them were a bit bashed, but the pouches weren't damaged.

    The product was exactly as expected, one box of kitten food sachets was quashed during transit but no damage to product as they’re plastic wrapped, the cat litter was packaged well along with the food in a cardboard box so the seller did everything exceptional to prevent any damage but he can’t be responsible for the delivery drivers I would highly recommend this seller to anyone, family & friends as the products are very good quality at very reasonable prices
