About us

Who are Southern Hospice Group?

Last year we announced that Chestnut Tree House and our sister hospice St Barnabas House would be merging with Martlets in Hove to create one single hospice group. To allow us to complete some legal and administrative functions, we’ve needed to identify a new name for the group: Southern Hospice Group.

Together, we support children, young people and adults who have life-limiting conditions which will significantly shorten their lives. We help those we care for, and their loved ones, to make the most of the precious time they have left together. Our expert palliative services support local communities across Sussex and South East Hampshire – at our hospice sites and in people’s homes.

    So pleased with this great value small antique bisque Simon and Halbig doll. Item accurately described. Fortunately the seller had gone to the trouble to double box ( box in a bigger box)and add crinkle cardboard to the internal packaging as the outer box had sustained crush damage in transit. Fortunately, this good packaging precaution paid off and the doll sustained no damage. Postage was tracked. Lovely item and I highly recommend the seller.     Happy with purchase. Postage ok, record as described, as priced was good value, only complaint is packaging has to be better for records. The cardboard used was old and crumpled. Recycled is good but need to be more choosey and use cardboard better suited for the job. Also home made package too big so record had slid to one end and was stuck to the wrapping tape
