    sold as "Open box" “The item in this listing is an Open Box (packaging maybe slightly distressed)". The item arrived with a "reconditioned:" sticker. This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

    Top quality product. I had to return because daughter gave us one from her apt.The return as just as good as Amazon. Listed the reason for the return, seller emailed a fed ex prepaid return, took the package to a fed ex location and off it went. I highly recommend this seller, this person lives up to the description of the product and a total hassle freed return. Exceptional seller.

    This item had a lot more scratches and dents, and was way more used than was posted on the listing, but when I reached out to the seller about getting a partial refund or just simply sending them back for a full refund, they sent me a full refund immediately and told me not to even worry about shipping the item back.     I had a problem when the package arrived. There was no charging cord. All I did was email the company back and explain to them. I did not have one. The company was fantastic. They did not hesitate and they saw to it as fast as possible. A charging cord would be sent to me. I think that is great for a company to look at its customers in such a way.
