Although the color and design of the glass weren’t as good as my original (no fault of the seller!), I managed to swap the glass piece and install the faucet.     Listed as "new" but when I received the item, the black finish around the perimeter was rubbed off exposing the stainless steel against a black background. The face of the unit had some sort of residue that I tried to clean off but didn't want to be too aggressive and make matters worse... I informed the seller and documented my findings and was promptly issued a refund. The seller handled the issue, however, the neutral rating is due to not being aware of the condition or sending it anyway..
