Image of item was not of the actual item, actual packaging was white not pink, it was also a little dirty and creased, which was a little disappointing as this was meant as a birthday present. External transport packaging was intact and undamaged, so this was not a transport issue. Listing was for a new item and product description did not state the packing was of a different colour or was not pristine.
