  Placed an order on 06/ 09 which did not arrive. Contacted seller who on 22/09 acknowledged it might be lost (it wasn't showing up as being delivered ) and said he would issue refund "as a gesture of goodwill" but then went ahead and opened a case with eBay instead!!(who given the case details issued me a refund on the same day) Dont waste your time.   I am fuming and very angry with eBay for sending me an old poorly wrapped microwave that l received damaged and broken beyond repairs during transportation and delivery and the next thing they are not responding to email I sent complaining and asking for a replacement or money back. I am going to report this incident to my solicitors. All I need is my refund of £45.00
