    I contacted the seller on Saturday to say I was unable to provide the required photographic evidence, and therefore could not contact you. Understandably, as it was the weekend I have not yet received a response, so please could you advise? The mugs arrived 2 days later than the estimated delivery date, by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Only one mug was intact. Two had broken handles, and one was completely smashed. The box was intact, but must have had some severe impact.
