  I wish every transaction could be this easy! I contacted the seller in advance and asked for a special consideration (it was switching some of the receiver modules) and they quickly responded that they were more than happy to do so. They kept me posted on the shipping and the unit arrived on time and packed with care. I took some time to ring out the unit and although used, it fired right up and seems to work as advertised.
