Fabulous in every way. The figurine is even more beautiful than in pictures, the seller was very friendly and accommodating and dispatched it securely packaged very promptly and it arrived well before the estimated ETA. I can highly recommend this seller and despite the cost for shipping from the USA, I will gladly consider repeat purchases. I have given 5 stars for postage cost, because the very high cost is set by the carrier not the seller, and so shouldn't penalise the seller.

When the red iDog had difficulties working, I contacted the seller, and he responded immediately. He was gracious and warm and found a replacement iDog for us in teal. He even sent me a short video of the toy in action, which I greatly appreciated. He kept in constant contact during the process and stood behind his word, shipping out another ASAP. It took longer to ship the red toy to us because the USPS screwed up. Great experience with an even better seller! Thanks!
