There was a delay in delivery ( Royal Mail) and MDR were very quick to investigate and rectify. First class service. The actual RRP is 13.75 GDP from GM (uk) our price was 11.25 GDP. However, due to the fact that a signed for service went way beyond it delivery date and that you put a claim of none delivery to ebay we had to refund the cost of the item and the postage to you. Although 2 days after the refund royal mail actually delivered the order to you. Your got this order and the postage totally free of charge, !!
