WORST experiences on eBay purchase ever. I received DEFECTIVE items 'only 1 ear playing' and surprisingly there are defect descriptions 'only 1 ear playing' on the box the same as the products have. I think this seller intentionally sells defective products without any notice on the selling page description at the beginning. They rarely respond me and did NOT refund it. Terrible experience and wasting my time for poor communication with this seller.

Contacted seller immediately after delivery that product was not NEW. Photos showed power unit untied with no protective covers. Offered partial refund which I accepted but was unsure if DAC even worked. After testing what I could, (missing USB cable as well), I replied to seller as to partial refund. Crickets! Tried again. Crickets. Hence this review. Seal on box was obviously bogus and really not sure the unit is completely functional. Buyer beware. Just needed to make things right.

Item was not as described. Stated in "Pristine condition" but the DELL logo on the front of the monitor had been broken off. Also stated new in open box. Tried to purchase another item from this seller and it never arrived. Contacted seller and they stated they would contact the shipper. We have not heard from them in 2 weeks. Will not be purchasing from this seller again.
