    Nice tin, as described, reasonably priced to include tracked 2nd class postage. Customer service - you decide: ordered Monday 14 October 11:16am, dispatched Tuesday 22 October 6:33pm and delivered Thursday 24 October. No communications at all, except for the automated ones by ebay.

    Not too surprised to see such feedback from an actual competitor, who has sold on eBay and sells online still. Our items are made to order, not bought in and shipped out, so we do list with a longer turnaround and operate around working days (weekends not included). Buyers order was sent out on time and was actually sent via 48 Tracked, not 2nd Class. We will always respond to customers ASAP, if they reach out to us regarding their order - otherwise timescales are covered in the listing.
