Unfortunately, although the item was dispatched on time, it was poorly packaged resulting in considerably delayed delivery. The courier exacerbated the delay with poor logistics. The seller's comminication was promptbut unhelpful. My item was delivered, re-packaged, after 16 days. I had bought an alternative in the meantime. Mine arrived broken and beyond repair due to total lack of padding inside the envelope. EBay upheld my case but the seller would not supply a return label. The cost of tracked postage to China would have been more than the original cost. After much stalling by the seller the case was timed out by eBay. I have used eBay for over ten years and this is my worst experience by far.
