  Pink mat looks RED in reality not like the Ebay pic at all! Seller said send back & she’d swap for a light blue, agreeing to pay for return postage on phone for her poor description but instead just refunded mat price. Hassle for me & cost me £8:82 & I have no mat!! Avoid.

  the mat is beautiful we've had nothing but compliments...sorry it didnt meet your expectation ,we of course refunded you fully for the mat..return postage is as stated down to the customer ...this was clearly stated when you purchased you item . kind regards
