On contacting seller, he sent another item immediately and advised to keep or return the wrong item. At all times his communication was excellent. New item arrived, but fitment was a little loose. Contacted seller again, he offered partial refund and advised to keep both items or sell on. Polite and professional at all times. I won’t have any hesitation in using again.

Unfortunately, they were not a perfect match with the originals as there was no slot into which the sidelight bulb could be fitted (apparently this is an option on some models). The seller was contacted regarding a possible exchange or refund. He provided a speedy response with various alternatives. His offers were generous and in the end we settled on an arrangement very much to my advantage. Excellent - thank you.
