    Purchased a week before Christmas, was issued a tracking number by the seller that didn’t correspond with any shipped items, contacted the seller regarding this & was told the item had been sent & the delay was due to Christmas. Item’s have still yet to arrive. Asked the seller to prove postage as I didn’t believe the items had been sent. Was then issued a full refund & the seller now blames supplier issues ? If like myself you don’t like being lied to I would avoid the seller. 👎👎👎

    We politely explained to the customer the delay was probably due to it being the height of the holiday period and as a goodwill gesture they can keep the items for free, when they arrive. To our bewilderment the customer then left double negative feedback. We would not normally comment on customers but under these circumstances we feel it only right & proper to warn fellow eBayers to avoid this buyer & seller of used goods at all costs. Unnecessary negative feedback is bad for the eBay community
