  My mother is 94- so no way she was willing to buy these, so I did- she has "profound" hearing loss but not going where there are crowds, so Xceed 3 up from oticon are the right one's for her. The local hearing aid place made new molds and adjusted the hearing aids and charged $300 for that in Ft laudedale- great place- Atlantic on Oakland Park. So, highly suggest you buy the two year or longer warranty from Allstate - and you are good to go- these people are legit- mother is very happy
