  Boots received weren't the boots I was led to believe I'd purchased. Seller's photographs/description were of the Women's Arctic Sport II Boots. I was sent the much heavier/wider Unisex Artic Sport Boots. Especially cross as I messaged the seller prior to check boots were the model I wanted (those in the photos/description), as they had left the 'II' off the title. I was refunded but am still out of pocket as it has cost me in time, fuel, money and packaging to collect and then return the boots.
