Ordered a 5meter strip and received 3 x 2 meter strips. Not ideal when you want one long strip. Also insufficient postage put on parcel had to pay £3.50 to receive parcel which seller did refund but never addressed the issue of receiving small pieces rather than one long piece

I ordered this - it did not arrive but I received a card from Royal Mail that I had to pay the postage as the Seller had not paid any. The goods were advertised as free delivery.I contacted the Seller, received apologies & told him I would not pay the postage so Royal Mail will return it to the Seller. I then ordered the same goods from him a second time, but even after more than a week I have not received this so will probablky have to calim another refund. Terrible service. they do not seem to
