There was an issue that the Royal Mail wouldn't release the package to me until I paid an excess postage charge even though the seller advertised that the item would be sent with free delivery. I had to travel to the local sorting office, in the next village, to pay the charge. To be fair though when I messaged the seller they were very apologetic. I received a refund via ebay so it all worked out OK in the end, although it was inconvenient.

    Unfortunately I cancelled my order as only 2 pads available and it seemed pointless the seller refunding me for 1 pad, so I can’t comment on the product but the seller was quick to inform me of the problem, to reply to my queries, and then to refund me so 10/10 to the seller (and the star rating is not applicable, I just couldn’t submit my feedback without marking them!)
