The unit I received was cleary in a very used condition Deep scratch on the home button and oil stains on the keypad buttons (long term wear & tear from human hands). Seller continued to lie about the condition of the device when I politely contacted them to inquire, even though I sent photos within an hour of receiving the delivery, and only offered a partial discount of $20 with days b/w replies.
