  Item arrived with broken leg.It wasn't packaged well,no bubble wrap or fragile notice.I contacted the seller who offered £2.50 refund for a broken pot that lucky me..I'm allowed to keep! Not a good service,will avoid in the future!

  these bulb are very tender but was packed so go odd they would be ok to go around the world several times delivery was royal mail was handed the box to me not just left it on door step an run away all good would about this deal would use this company again so good so good so good as the song says

  This stuff is brilliant at what it does and the price paid is good. The seller sent the item in an efficient manner and was kept informed. The only thing that let the experience down was nothing to do with the seller and was totally outside of their control and was to do with royal mail who left the item on show in my doorway for anyone to take. Message was that they left it in a safe place which was anything but. Luckily the item was still there when I got home. Full marks for the seller though
