    Listing invites offers. So I make one. After some delay seller declines and advises applies to multiples only...put that in the listing then. They then ignore a message from me and physically dispatch item late (i.e. on day that it was due to be delivered per listing) and only then after I'd looked up the store's phone number and called them to ask when are you going to ship? Even that caused confusion.
