  1) Easily damaged items sent in plastic envelope, no transport tube. Longest item damaged ☹️ 2) Evri (!!) went round to 3 different OutCodes in 4 days. They delivered on 6th day - 12 days after I placed order 😟 3) By that time I had checked B&Q. Knew they were good value, but my week was too busy. I'd have saved 45% 😣 4) Hoped for part-refund, not the trouble of buying rigid tube to return item/s. Seller not answering messages 🤬 This kind of seller gives on-line shopping a bad name.
