  My parcel arrived damaged, but what I liked about this seller is that before they sent it, they offered me that if it arrived damaged, at my discretion, they would send me a new item. However, the misunderstanding, in my opinion, comes from the warehouse where they pack and send the parcels. I recommend this dealer because he is one of the few that is fair to his customers.
