All the accessories were there and the product is in good condition. Modex were extremely helpful to me in arranging the collection from them via courier, and very patient with me as I hadn’t done this before and needed a bit of hand holding. The oven didn’t have the original packaging but they packed it very well for transport and it arrived without any damage.
