    The chipper is absolutely brilliant, well worth going for the 15hp vs 6hp it really makes a difference. Team at seller has great communication re delivery & good customer service. Delivery company (3rd party) was very disappointing! Damaged in transit on first attempt so never got to us. Second "delivery" was not very successful either as didn't send smaller wagon for access as promised and delivered item 1/4 of a mile away...

    AVOID! Item came with lots of missing parts, poorly made ratten and broken cushion. It took 4 separate deliveries due to the company sending the wrong parts on each delivery. Poor communication, poor manufacturing, user manual incorrectly printed and not easy to follow with incorrect parts listed within infantry. Better quality of product required and customer service really needs improving

    Sellers communication was great how ever I had problems with the order , was advertising 3 day delivery which was not accurate as it was over working days , delivered poorly by courier , arrived in broken boxes and missing bits , the seller did replace missing part with no issues. The vac is great but not capable as a gutter vac as it doesn’t come with a wet filter
