There were bolts missing and some parts had been bent out of shape. I contacted the seller twice and on both occasions it took them 3 days to reply (they must get a lot of complaints!). I ended up just buying the parts locally. The mixer when assembled is what I would expect for the price.

Finally got an answer this morning after calling yet again, the replacement box still hasn’t been dispatched and will not be getting dispatched for at least another 2 to 3 months due to no stock although the same set is still advertised on eBay for sale and says they have 3 set available.
