Very responsive seller, answers all questions pertaining to product quickly and sends photos as well to back up statements made. Porcelain teapot was well wrapped and boxed within a box to give the best protection against breakage. USPS tracking data given quickly with steady updates as well. Very smooth transaction. Shipping price reflected a 2 day delivery with insurance. I wish all porcelain products took the route of the 2 day delivery which comes with insurance from USPS.

I noted in the pictures that there was a small crack in the bottom before purchase - seller explained it was a manufacturing flaw, not damage.
