I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service from this company I placed an order for the grass thatch on Monday 19th may assuming it would be shipped later that day but on Tuesday morning I noticed there was no update so I emailed the company asking if they could ship Tuesday as this was for an urgent job, Wednesday afternoon I received a reply from Alan who said it will be posted 3-5 days They have just ignored my request as this was marked urgent. The item was purchased on Monday and dispatched within our stated 3–5 working day timeframe, specifically on Thursday. We also responded to your message on Wednesday (which followed your inquiry on Tuesday) to confirm the expected dispatch schedule.The item was shipped on Thursday and delivered the following Tuesday. Please note, delivery was affected by the bank holiday on Monday, which caused a slight delay. That said, the delivery still fell within the expected timeframes.RegardsMoobba

Your listing clearly states you post within 3 days not 3-5 days as you have mentioned in your reply to my feedback , you ignored my request to get this out to me as this was urgent so please don’t use the bank holiday as an excuse . You provided zero customer service, you even had the cheek to ask me to change my feedback , my feedback stands as this was a true reflection of your service . I certainly would not buy from you again .

No communication from suppliers.ordered on Sunday looks like it was dispatched on Friday. DX tracking said was out for delivery on Friday but didn’t turn up until Monday. Also I did not sign for it as it was left on doorstep, terrible service. Apart from that the poles were better than expected
