    Bought 4 essential oils but only one turned up. Sent a polite email asking if the others would turn up separately and was told in a short unfriendly email that it was 'not possible' for just one to be posted because of the way they are processed and whoever sent the email dealt with it personally. Having worked with computers and people at royal mail for 30 years, all I can say is we all make mistakes occasionally and this is one of theirs. Very disappointing customer care.
