  Box arrived battered , heads not wrapped , scuff on massager. Retiurned as damaged, &item not as described, to me it looked used. Royal Mail had problems delivering item to return address, twice couldn't gain access. Ebay have aggreed a full refund as not my fault building was inaccessible. Well I've kept my side by returning item. Just awaiting refund now. AVOID THIS SELLER!!!

  Item arrived quite quickly. One of the springs had come out in the packaging, but I don’t feel it will impact negatively on the pole overall. Easy to put together and take apart. Not used yet, but they feel strong and I’m confident they will do the job. Seller emailed me before delivery to ensure I was happy with progress and to contact them if I was not happy for any reason, once product arrived. Again, I feel confident with the seller and their positive attitude.
