  Dispatch time was excellent though seller was dishonest with the condition of the item saying it was unopened-never used on the listing, upon receipt, they were dirty with earwax and she confirmed to be used only to get a feel for them. There is a battery fault with them and now the seller said she actually did use them twice for 10/15mins... clearly a dishonest seller and I'm left not knowing what to believe and a broken product
