    The Handlebar Risers were as described. Packaging was more than adequate to protect the items and is sized to fit through a letterbox. Progress communication was timely. I installed the Handlebar Risers on the 09/10 and I am very happy with the outcome. They are simple enough to install for any motorcycle owner with a reasonable set of tools and a good knowledge of mechanical procedures, otherwise have them installed by a mechanic if in doubt. Now riding my 99 Honda VTR 1000 Firestorm in comfort

    I recieved the 1st set of pegs, which i had on a bit of a wim as it was hard to find a peg to fit my bike. The fitment was too big for my bike, so i msg,d them and they machined the brackets down to the size i measured and sent me out brand new pegs and brackets to fit my bike all within the purchase price. Very good customer service and happy with the items.... not very often you get service like this these days. 10 out of 10. Very happy.

    original parts were poorly packed & had gouges on 1 part. I requested a replacement (included photos of damaged part). The wrong parts were sent. I contacted seller again, he replied that he himself had sent a complete new set & and checked they were in good condition & well wrapped. I still have the wrong parts in the packaging as shipped which I am willing to return if he issues a return label. I fitted the original damaged parts as does not affect their use. Great riser kit, bad seller
