    Items received were not as described. Items were supposed to be 1 x short & 1 x long banjo bolts but 2 x short banjo bolts were received. Items were returned and a refund was provided. No communication whatsoever though from the company to apologise or offer a replacement. Pretty poor service overall with the exception of delivery, which was quick. Unfortunately poor customer experience seems to becoming the norm these days and there seems to be a complete lack of attention to detail in general.
