    Item was poorly packed & slightly damaged. Seller refused to respond to 2 messages & questions about tracking & USPS not scanning item into system until day of delivery, & 1 message addressing the the way the item was packed & damaged. The seller did not have to hunt me down to get their money, I fulfilled my part of the deal & I should not have to deal with being ignored. Also the description says new/unopened which is not correct & the UNBOXED info should be in title, not at bottom of page.

    Product is amazing, the process not great, meant to arrive on the 28th and didn’t arrive until 3rd due to not enough postage being paid by seller. Emailed seller to inform and heard nothing. Sent proof of me having to pay the extra £3:30 and once again heard nothing. Will not use seller again
