    this wasnt as smooth as i would of liked the phone is nice works well im happy with it i wasnt happy it was unboxed , the seller included a new case and gorilla glass, after purchase seller went on holiday and when royal mail gave wrong delivery times and didn't ring the bell to deliver i was left in the dark about where my £230 phone was ,as it was 24 hour delivery they didnt attempt delivery again until thursday so any premium delivery charge included was useless disappointing

    They also took good care of me when I first bought two items and only received one, and after going through the eBay refund process I bought the same item again, this time with absolutely no damage to the item and it worked fine.
