  I would like to update my review first by saying I’m sorry to the company that I left the review without first getting a hold of them to try to resolve the problem. Secondly, to say that they have done an amazing job on customer service and resolving my problem they are sending me a replacement for the default and I am now waiting for my replacement that they sent me to arrive any day now I’m 100% happy about how they resolved the problem!
