    Item arrived well packed. But on opening it tfound battery compartment lid missing and on off switch broken. Contacted seller via ebay, who suggested I return item and apply for refund. Most unhappy with this as in my opinion it should have been checked by seller before sending out. After all it is not very big and a missing cover should be obvious. As getting your money back can be long and drawn out have decided to take the financial loss and learn from this.

    The item was listed as new but it arrived with edge cuffs and black duct tape to keep on eend closed. The item was returned. The listing was deceptiveasit should have been listed as used, the seller offered a 5er as a refund but no apology. This set was a birthday gift - how could it be given in such condition. When its listed a snew there is a high expectation that it is new - the seller shoud have listed as used and then the buyer would accept the condition.
