  The items in the package were not disks, as advertised. Not the items advertised. The seller said he could provide a return label instead of immediately sending one. So, because I was going abroad soon afterwards I posted the package to the seller's address as shown on Ebay. But the seller's return address was not that one, but a different one, not even the "If undelivered return to this address" on the package itself!! So, I still await a refund.

  The kerb ramps were exactly as described, and my order was processed and dispatched in a timely manner. It's a shame that the carrier was Evri, as they are not great at keeping the customer in the loop, and are prone to turn up with no prior notice of estimated delivery time. That is no fault of the seller, but it does detract from the otherwise Sterling service. Good job!!
