  I've never bought anything like this used before. I thought I'd take a chance. My old printer was the same model, so I still had the cords and ink. 1st, the packaging was the best I've ! I'd give it a 10/10! 2nd, the shipping was very fast. 3rd, I plugged everything in, used my old ink cartridges and made a perfect photocopy. I have not had the time to plug it into the internet, yet, but because everything else has gone smoothly, I'm sure there will be no problems. We'll see.
